The 80 Plus Platinum certification offers greater than 90%, 92%, and 89% efficiency at 20%, 50%, and 100% operating loads, respectively. With an 80 Plus Platinum rating, this power supply will waste less energy during power conversion, lowering operating costs for the user.

Fluid Dynamic Fan Bearing

The Fluid Dynamic Bearing (FDB) fan is designed to take advantage of the impact absorbance effects of oil. It is reliable and generates less operating noise and heat than ball bearing fans. The lubrication of the bearing surface reduces friction and vibration and therefore lowers overall power consumption. This type of fan technology also increases the lifespan of the fan.

Power Supply Sound

With Seasonic's Hybrid mode, the onboard fan can operate at various spin speeds to help eliminate noise.

Micro Tolerance Load Regulation

Seasonic's design keeps the output voltage within a very tight range, achieving under 1 % load regulation.

Cable-Free Connection Design
