The Meike 50mm T2.1 FF-Prime Lens supports full-frame capture, benefiting filmmakers by creating sharp images on cameras with high-resolution sensors and making it well suited for use by filmmakers looking for sharp images with a natural bokeh on cameras with sensors ranging from Super35 to full-frame. This lens has a Canon EF mount and features a T2.1 to 22 aperture range, allowing you to shoot in low-light situations. This manual focus lens has 330° of focus ring rotation, with integrated 0.8 MOD gears on both the focus and iris rings, allowing it to easily interface with available follow focus and lens control systems common to the cine industry.
The lens features an internal focus design with a non-rotating 85mm front, allowing you to use clip-on matte boxes. The focus scales are marked in both feet and meters, enabling your focus puller to work on whichever scale they are most comfortable with. The multi-coated optics provide good contrast and help prevent flare and ghosting, which can degrade your final image. The lens includes a removable lens support foot.
