Crafted with precision, the optical design utilizes one aspherical lens, two HRI lenses, and two ED lenses for controlling chromatic aberration and lens flare while also providing improved contrast and sharpness from the center to the edges of your frame. An f/1.4 maximum aperture combined with 16 aperture blades enables this lens to create aesthetically pleasing bokeh and unique starburst effects when stopped down.
