Mint Camera SLR670-X Overview

A unique masterpiece of craftsmanship, the SLR670-X ZERO Instant Camera from Mint Camera is a meticulously constructed image-making tool. Drawn from the design of the Polaroid SX-70 instant camera, each camera takes hours to complete. Artisans carefully select the best quality original cameras, then carefully dismantle and reconstruct the units, replacing parts such as the motherboard and light sensor. They then affix the brown leather and stamp the ZERO logo as a seal of approval. Each camera is a masterpiece of the individual artisan's efforts and a culmination of the heart and soul they have put into creating it.

The SLR670-X ZERO features a 116mm f/8 glass lens with a four element design and a ground glass manual focusing wheel. Together with the red shutter button and brown leather, this makes this camera faithful to the creative spirit of the classic Polaroid SX-70. The SLR670-X ZERO allows you to use 600 film directly in auto mode, and 16 different shutter speeds offer a shutter speed range of 1/2000 sec to 1/2 sec. A Bulb and Time mode are also featured for long exposures.

A100 and A600 Auto Modes allow full support for SX-70 and 600 instant films, meaning there is no need to modify the camera or use add on peripherals like an ND filter in order to use 600 film. An electric eye also calculates the most accurate exposure after analyzing the surrounding scene, which makes shooting with the SLR670-X ZERO an easy and gratifying experience.
Manual Mode featuring 16 different shutter speeds allow for a more diverse shooting experience. With the ability to shoot silhouette photography and long exposure settings, your creativity will be limited only by what your mind can think up.
Includes a 2.5mm jack to trigger external flash units, which can be an incredibly creative tool when illuminating your subject. With studio-style lighting, you can easily add a creative twist to your instant photos and portraits. This lets you move beyond the limitations of natural light and lets you light up your instant photos anywhere, and at any time of the day.
